About The Position

DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator to provides advanced-level technical administration and engineering support for TSA’s enterprise network and computing infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networking equipment, and associated systems across on-premises and cloud environments. Duties and Responsibilities: This individual performs configuration management, system hardening, patch management coordination, and operational support for infrastructure components across TSA’s complex, distributed environment spanning headquarters and airports nationwide. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively with the O&M contractor and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new capabilities into the existing infrastructure baseline. In this capacity, the Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator develops and maintains technical runbooks, configuration baselines, and SOPs that enable the O&M contractor to sustain implemented systems. The individual supports cutover planning and post-transition operational testing, validates that network and system changes meet TSA performance and security requirements, and troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues in both lab and live environments. The Administrator also contributes to lifecycle engineering assessments and replacement planning for aging infrastructure components throughout the TALON portfolio.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 years of hands-on network and systems administration experience in large enterprise environments, with demonstrated expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and enterprise networking.
  • All personnel must be U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents, capable of obtaining TSA fitness determination and PIV card access, and available to support after-hours maintenance windows in TSA’s 24x7x365 operational environment.
  • Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Experience in federal environments with FISMA compliance requirements and DHS cybersecurity standards is strongly preferred.
