Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced routing, switching, firewalling, and cloud connectivity.
  • Analytical Skills: Performance analysis and root‑cause investigation.
  • Communication: Communicates technical issues and solutions clearly.
  • Problem‑Solving: Resolves complex network issues with minimal oversight.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintains configuration accuracy and documentation quality.
  • Teamwork: Supports team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize routing, switching, firewall, wireless, and WAN infrastructure.
  • Implement and support cloud‑based and hybrid network connectivity solutions.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for network incidents.
  • Support network security controls including segmentation, firewall policy, and secure access.
  • Participate in network design reviews and implementation of architectural standards.
  • Assist with M&A‑related network integrations and remediation.
  • Maintain detailed configurations, diagrams, and operational documentation.
  • Mentor mid‑level and junior network administrators.
