Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Network Engineering or related discipline, plus 6-8 years of directly related experience or a Master’s degree, plus 4-6 years of directly related experience, or a PhD and 2-4 years of directly related experience.
8+ years of experience in network engineering or related field preferred.
Active Secret security clearance.
Up to 20% travel.

Nice To Haves

Experience with HAIPE (High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptor).
VMWare NSX-T and firewalls.
DISA CCSD/Circuits
COMSEC (Communications Security) experience.
LISP, BGP and OSPF
SD-WAN
Hyperconverged and cloud infrastructure
Experience with Palo Alto or FortiGate Firewalls.
Proficiency in VMWare NSX for network virtualization.
Knowledge of Cisco CUBE (Cisco Unified Border Element).
Expertise in Windows Server Active Directory management.
Familiarity with Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine).
Strong understanding of Cisco routing and switching technologies.
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification.
Security+ certification

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable secure network solutions.
Configure and manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational IT needs.
Maintain compliance with security protocols and client standards.
Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.
