About The Position

The Senior .NET Software Developer will leverage robust technical expertise to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions using the Microsoft .NET platform. This role will play a critical role in driving software development initiatives, ensuring high standards of design, performance, and functionality. Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client.

Requirements

• 8 years Required: Microsoft .NET 8
• 5 years Required: Recent SQL Server experience with the most recent versions
• 5 years Required: Ability to design and write code as required for selected customer systems
• 5 years Required: Experience analyzing technical requirements and developing effective technical solutions
• 3 years Required: Experience with workflow applications
• 3 years Required: Experience developing dashboards
• Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to build trust and maintain relationships across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design complex modules for PASS .Net 8 application.
• Development of software and enhancements including automated unit test cases.
• Develop PASS using .Net 8, MVC, SQL Server 2020, Blazor, Razor or Javascript
• Ability to work among team members, Devs, QA, BA
• Exhibit strong customer support
• Other duties as assigned.
