About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join the Sales Engagement Group within Home Lending Technology (HLT). This position will utilize a thorough understanding of applicable technology to assist with technology innovation, product development, testing and delivery. As part of an Agile team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business requirements and design specifications for conversion into user stories and tasks within allocated sprint sessions. In this role, you will: Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments Contribute to large scale planning of strategies Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of experience in .Net Framework and .Net CORE development using C# and service-oriented architecture
  • 4+ years of experience in SQL Server development in T-SQL including complex SQL queries, stored procedures
  • 4+ years of experience in automated unit and functional code testing with C#, Selenium, Playwright and xUnit
  • 3+ years of experience in development of Blazor
  • 3+ years of experience in deployment to a cloud environment (Azure/OpenShift or AWS/GCP)
  • Flexible to provide both application development and production support during off-hours
  • This role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
  • Hybrid schedule (current policy is 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SDLC tools and processes including GitHub, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Artifactory, Sonar, Harness, Azure DevOps or comparable tool stack to manage CICD
  • Experience with one or more Observability/Monitoring tools: Elastic, Kibana, Grafana, AppDynamics, Splunk, and Dynatra
  • Experience with SSIS packages, Autosys (or any job scheduler tool)
  • Knowledge of BUnit
  • Connect:Direct (NDM) file transfer experience
  • Knowledge of Microservices
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Ability to design, develop, and implement large scale/complex software applications
