The Full Stack Developer will provide technical and team leadership and collaborate closely with the Product Owner(s) and other business stakeholders to ensure a common, shared understanding of the technical solutions that will be delivered in order to meet the company's goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on development capability in multiple relevant capabilities; specifically – modern JavaScript frameworks including React (18+) and Next.js, C#,.NET Core, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, Jira, GitHub, and Azure SQL.
• Understanding of agile development best practices including Scrum and Lean methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Commercial experience in channel incentives management
• Working with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders
• MS 0365, JIRA, Confluence and/or Asana collaboration tools
• Familiar with BigQuery, Cloud Composer, and Python
• Experience with cloud platforms and services provided by Azure and GCP

• Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans to better understand the requirements.
• Work with teammates in the migration of legacy applications to current technologies

• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain business applications
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
• Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
• Drive high quality
• Communicate openly and be the voice of the business within your team, keeping them informed of and working towards the business vision & goals
• Mentor team members to create a highly motivated, coherent, and cohesive culture which rewards high performance
• Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code from feature start to finish.
