About The Position

SilverTech is seeking a Senior .NET Developer who thrives at the intersection of technology, efficiency, and client partnership. Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional .NET development experience with a proven record of delivering production-ready applications.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong client-facing skills: able to build rapport, consult with confidence, and communicate effectively across all levels of client organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

  • Experience mentoring or leading other developers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and anticipate client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Technical Owner on key projects, leading all technology-related decisions for assigned projects.
  • Ensure technical processes and best practices are followed consistently.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of all relevant technologies and how they apply to the project.
  • Identify and manage technology-related scope creep and communicate risks proactively.
  • Conduct code reviews, manage the development backlog, and track developer progress.
  • Directly interface with clients on technical discussions, providing consultative insights and guidance.
  • Support short- and long-term project planning from a technical and client-value standpoint.
  • Architect, design, implement, and deploy modern .NET web applications that drive measurable results for clients.
  • Partner closely with clients—listening, advising, and providing technical recommendations in a way that builds trust and strengthens relationships.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage multiple projects, balancing technical execution with clear client communication and expectation-setting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—strategy, design, project management—to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Translate requested features into technical requirements and independently solve complex problems.
  • Accurately scope, estimate, and communicate project deliverables and timelines to clients.
  • Mentor team members, provide guidance, and foster technical growth within the development team.
  • Continuously learn new technologies and CMS platforms and bring consultative insights into how they can add value to client initiatives.
