Requirements

  • 10+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of application development using .NET Framework and Microsoft technologies
  • 7+ years combined experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Experience with Angular, React, or Blazor frameworks
  • 3+ years of Azure cloud development and CI/CD pipeline deployment
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and performance tuning
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
  • Hands-on work in API design and Azure Application Performance Monitoring
  • Automated unit testing experience (7+ years preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy complex .NET applications and services
  • Architect solutions using Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design
  • Build Azure App Services, Function Apps, and integrate ORM technologies
  • Implement relational databases, caching strategies, and enterprise data management
  • Oversee code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor team members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solution design
  • Integrate .NET applications with third-party APIs and cloud services
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and workflows
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority production issues
  • Ensure security and compliance standards are met
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical planning

Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
