About The Position

We are looking for a skilled Senior .NET Core Developer with strong leadership and team lead abilities to help drive the development of our backend systems. In this role, you will design and build scalable applications, guide technical decisions and support the team in delivering high-quality solutions.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, takes ownership and can lead by example in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• .NET Core
• Deep knowledge of .NET Core and high-performance application development
• Experience in building scalable REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture
• Strong experience with MySQL: query optimization, schema design, performance tuning
• Understanding of database scaling strategies
• Practical experience with migrations and schema management
• Extensive experience using Docker for containerization
• Familiarity with Docker Compose
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Ownership mindset – take full responsibility, deliver results.
• Analytical curiosity – you test, measure, and iterate.
• Growth-oriented – you turn data into insight and insight into action.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proven ability to deliver results on time
• 5–7 years of experience in software development
• Minimum 4 years working with .NET Core
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred but not required

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of performance optimization and profiling in .NET Core
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Aurora or RDS for MySQL
• AWS experience (any of the following is a plus):
• EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda
• CloudFormation or Terraform
• ECS or Elastic Beanstalk for containerized workloads

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance applications using .NET Core
• Build and consume RESTful Web APIs
• Architect, develop, and deploy microservices
• Design and optimize MySQL databases, including query performance tuning and database scaling
• Create and manage data migrations and schema updates
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage multi-container setups with Docker Compose
• Work with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) to automate delivery processes
• Implement and manage cron jobs and scheduled background tasks
• Integrate push notification services, especially OneSignal, into .NET Core systems
