MetaPhase seeks talented, hands-on, TOP SECRET-cleared .NET software developer and architect to lead a team in the modernization and sustainment of a mission-critical system and application development and O&M program. The Architect/Developer will oversee the process of interpreting complex requirements to design, develop and implement applications systems and components using Microsoft Development Tools (.NET; MVC).

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required
  • 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, interpreting complex requirements to design, develop and implement systems and applications using Microsoft development tools (.NET; MVC)
  • Experience in the architectural design of software development in an enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of Object oriented design (OOD)
  • Flexibility and high motivation with an excellent ability to establish relationships with, and influence, a complex network of stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Formal training in .NET programming practices is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Interpreting complex requirements to design, develop and implement applications using Microsoft Development Tools (.NET; MVC)
  • Overseeing and managing a team of .NET developers to meet mission requirements
  • Designing, creating, modifying, maintaining, testing, and implementing complex software applications
  • Implementing and improving agile practices in a fast-paced National Security environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of an innovation roadmap to take the program into the future
