In this role, you will pursue national account opportunities on a full-time basis and build and manage a National Accounts portfolio of up to $50M in Group Sales, with $10M-20M managed directly. You will seek, initiate, and drive new business opportunities, including market segments and service offerings. Additionally, you will hire and manage support staff as needed, lead the Capture Team Process for high opportunity accounts, and mentor NAM's and NPL's as a Corporate Sponsor or as assigned. You will work with the Director to build a consistent national sales process and ensure consistency among offices. Providing strategic leadership and information on market trends and long-term growth opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities, along with assisting with other duties as assigned.
