Learn more at www.firstagency.com Location: Remote What You Would Get To Do: The Senior Multimedia Producer will work closely with the Head of Multimedia for an embedded account in conceptualizing, producing, and executing live and on-demand webcasts, as well as in-person event video content. They will oversee video shoots, live virtual broadcasts, and post-production edits while working cohesively with existing and new vendors. Your Contributions: Work closely with Head of Multimedia to intake & assess multimedia project requests Responsible for the planning and execution of internal and external multimedia programs covering brand messaging, case studies, annual and due diligence virtual meetings, social messaging, in-person event video content, internal communications and more Drive and oversee the creative development and delivery of multimedia projects Ensure adherence to client standards liaising with compliance for approval before programs are distributed Produce video shoots and drive post-production process Ability to coordinate logistics for film shoots with clients and vendors Compile storyboards, style frame decks, and format scripts Responsible for measuring, reporting, and optimizing performance of all multimedia programs delivered globally Produce content deliveries in support of larger presentations, such as scripts, motion graphics, presentation decks and graphics elements Source stock footage, music, VO and video templates Compile deck builds for content pitches and presentations Produce virtual programing; pre-recorded and live Work strategically with third-party agencies to deliver video and audio production Coordinate production from inception to posting, where all work will be posted to online portals, associated social media accounts, internally at the financial institution, and amongst third-party partners Manage all aspects of multimedia operation from initial briefing to reconciliation Create timely and effective communications as often as needed Field questions and offer advice to team members to assist with creative problem solving Create and closely monitor value adds at every opportunity, and look to find innovative ways to deliver content and enhance each multimedia initiative Share knowledge of best practice regarding new suppliers and services

Requirements

  • Position requires 8-10 years of experience; 8+ years’ relevant experience in video production, producing, writing, and live broadcasting, preferably in a financial/corporate environment
  • Technical knowledge of webcast, live streaming, and virtual event platforms
  • Experience and extensive knowledge on video production, post-production, and livestreaming delivery
  • General knowledge of creative, technical & designer roles and skill sets (video & graphic related fields)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized – ability to handle multiple tasks and strong time-management to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead group meetings with senior management, highly responsive to key stakeholder inquiries
  • Creative problem solver and decision maker; resourceful
  • Team-oriented while also being able to work autonomously
  • Adaptability – to situations and ever-changing demands
