About The Position

We are seeking a full time Senior Multi Residency Program Coordinator who serves as the program coordinator for a medical educational programs or initiatives. In this role you will partner with faculty in the operational and financial management of the program(s) and/or initiative(s) to ensure an optimal training environment for learners. Responsible for a wide range of programmatic activities including but not limited to: Designing, conducting, promoting, evaluating and supporting an education program(s) in compliance with organizational objectives and requirements. Supports learners in areas such as curriculum, teaching and learning activities, scheduling, core competencies, assessment and evaluations. Coordinates all activities associated with ongoing administration of the education program(s) and/or initiative(s). Pay Range: $70,900.00 - $145,200.00 annually

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years experience coordinating an educational program(s) in an academic medical center
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and web based applications
