Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in environmental engineering, science, or related field is required.
  • 15+ years of environmental compliance experience is required.
  • 10+ years of project management experience is required.
  • 5+ years of experience working with NASA is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Mississippi environmental regulations is required.
  • Knowledge of NASA environmental guidelines, systems, and processes is preferred.
  • Current HAZWOPER training is required for this position.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive to client sites.
  • Must be detail oriented to properly document all environmental compliance activities occurring across the contract.

  • Experience working with NASA is preferred.
  • Knowledge of NASA environmental guidelines, systems, and processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Site Lead for a multi-media environmental compliance contract that covers hazardous waste, air quality, water quality, storage tank, cultural resources, natural resources, and National Environmental Compliance Act (NEPA) compliance.
  • Coordinate all activities required by the contract; schedule and lead client meetings; and produce contract status reports.
  • Support Project Manager with financial tracking.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
  • Additional duties as required.
