Job Description About the Position As a Senior Mulesoft Developer supporting integration initiatives across the Lilly Pulitzer ecosystem, you will architect, develop, and maintain APIs and integration flows using Mulesoft and related technologies. You’ll ensure seamless connectivity between our digital commerce platforms, internal systems, and third-party applications. Expect hands-on collaboration with front- and back-end devs, architects, project managers, and business stakeholders, all on a mission to build robust, scalable, secure integrations. A day in the life… Design, develop, and deploy scalable Mulesoft APIs and integration flows. Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions using Mulesoft and related tools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in integration workflows, monitoring and optimizing for performance and reliability. Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure integrations meet business objectives. Create and maintain thorough, practical documentation for all integration solutions. Conduct code reviews and work with our offshore team to ensure code quality, stability, and reusability. Keep up to date on emerging integration standards, best practices, and security protocols. Monitor daily interface jobs and alerts, ensuring data integrity across systems. Regularly assess and update internal and external connectors as dictated by business and security requirements. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline, automate, or improve integration processes. Qualifications for the Position A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Mulesoft. 7+ years in integration development across complex, multi-system environments. Proficiency with API design (REST, SOAP), RAML/OpenAPI specs, and enterprise integration patterns. Experience integrating with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or other major ERP/CRM systems a plus. Strong skills in Java, SQL, and scripting languages. Understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth, SAML, JWT, etc). Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) a plus. Familiarity with middleware, ETL, and iPaaS solutions a bonus. Experience in retail or fashion e-commerce environments is preferred. Our Core Values: The Lilly Way. A Little More to Know… This position is classified as full-time salaried; it is exempt and is not eligible for overtime. This position is eligible for standard company benefits. This position is required to maintain a structured hybrid work schedule based out of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. This hybrid schedule, which includes work done in the King of Prussia Office as well as your Home Office will be determined by your supervisor. The position requires some domestic travel. Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible, additional working hours during peak periods.
