About The Position

We are seeking a Senior MuleSoft Developer with strong experience specializing in MuleSoft Integration and API Lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires expertise in developing and managing MuleSoft solutions to enhance our business processes and drive innovation. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Naperville, IL. Requirements

• 6 to 8+ years of experience
• Extensive experience in MuleSoft Integration and API Lifecycle management
• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance domain processes and requirements
• Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable MuleSoft solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of successful integration projects within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement MuleSoft integration solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy MuleSoft APIs that align with business objectives.
• Ensure the seamless integration of MuleSoft solutions within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of MuleSoft applications to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on MuleSoft best practices and standards.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of MuleSoft integrations to ensure quality and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
• Document integration processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference and audits.
• Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all integration activities.
• Contribute to the development of integration strategies that support business growth and innovation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintainability.
