Step into Your New Role We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Power Platform Developer to lead the design and evolution of our enterprise ecosystem. In this role, you will go beyond basic app creation, serving as a technical lead and subject matter expert who transforms complex business challenges into scalable, high-performance solutions. You will lead the implementation of the Microsoft Power Platform suite—including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio—while ensuring seamless integration with SharePoint, Dataverse, and Azure services. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), security governance, and the ability to mentor junior developers within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, with at least 4+ years of dedicated Power Platform development and architectural experience.
  • Certifications: Active PL-200 (Functional Consultant) and PL-400 (Developer) certifications are required. PL-600 (Solution Architect) or AZ-204 (Azure Developer) is highly preferred.
  • Core Technical Skills:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Power Apps formulas (Power Fx) and complex Power Automate logic.
  • Proven experience deploying and tuning Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) for enterprise use.
  • Administer Power Platform environments and cross tool integrations.
  • Strong command of SharePoint Online customization and administration using PowerShell/CLI.
  • Provision and securely operate Azure OpenAI deployments.
  • Deep understanding of Azure Entra ID and cloud integration patterns (APIs, JSON, REST).
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical architecture into business value for executive stakeholders.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience within consulting or the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, & Construction) industry is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, enterprise-grade solutions using Canvas, Model-Driven and PowerPages apps, ensuring they meet high standards for scalability, security, and user experience.
  • Intelligent Automation & AI: Lead the development of next-generation conversational AI and generative AI solutions using Copilot Studio, integrating them into business workflows to drive efficiency.
  • SharePoint Integration: Ability to build complex SharePoint environments, including custom sites, libraries, and advanced data structures. Use CLI scripts and PowerShell for sophisticated configuration and environment management.
  • Azure OpenAI in Azure: Ability to provision and securely operate Azure OpenAI in Azure, including model deployments, authentication/authorization via Microsoft Entra ID (managed identity/RBAC), and network/data protections (Private Link, logging, and content safety/Responsible AI controls)
  • Azure API Management (APIM): Publish, secure, and monitor enterprise APIs (policies, auth, throttling, and versioning).
  • Azure & Data Integration: Build and maintain custom connectors and leverage Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Dataverse to integrate the Power Platform with external APIs and legacy SQL databases.
  • Environment & Data Governance: Oversee Power Platform administration, enforcing DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies, managing environments, and ensuring data integrity across the organization.
  • Advanced Reporting: Develop high-level data visualizations in Power BI, migrating or integrating legacy SSRS reports into modern cloud-based dashboards.
  • Technical Mentorship: Act as a lead resource for the IT team and business analysts, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and troubleshooting complex logic/formula issues.
  • DevOps & Documentation: Maintain rigorous documentation and champion modern development practices, including version control and automated deployment pipelines.
