Become part of our tight-knit team that takes part in town hall meetings, rounding and other engaging initiatives and experience a wide variety of cases across all modalities. You will utilize state-of-the-art technology, such as the GE Discovery MR750w, a high-definition wide-bore 3.0T MR system that offers a full range of advanced clinical functionality. And, you'll support a hospital that's committed to Putting Patients First. The Senior Technologist role is critical in maintaining the high level of care our patients expect, as department volume continues to increase. This individual will assist the lone radiology supervisor during evening, overnight, and weekend shifts with patient workflow for the MRI department. In addition to performing MRI examinations, the Senior Technologist will manage workflow, ensure adequate staffing, and assist the day MRI supervisor with image quality and protocols. They will also train evening and overnight staff on new equipment and procedures. This is a full time flex position working Sundays-Wednesdays from 11:00am-9:00pm. Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved school of Radiology
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Three years experience as a technologist, and at least two years as a MRI technologist

Nice To Haves

  • New York State License in Radiologic Technology
  • Experience working in an inpatient hospital setting
  • Experience working with GE equipment
