About The Position

Responsible for bringing creative concepts to life through motion graphic design and graphic design, supporting both content/news production and commercial production teams. Must be able to work quickly under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality across all Entravision markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in motion graphics and graphic design
• Expert-level proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with Adobe Character Animator
• Written and verbal Spanish proficiency required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent visual communication and attention to detail
• Adaptability across different visual styles and client needs
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Strategic and conceptual thinking
• Openness to integrating AI-enabled tools into creative production workflows

Nice To Haves

• Experience in broadcast media or television production
• 3D design and animation skills (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar) is a plus
• Background in illustration

Responsibilities

• Develops motion graphic and graphic design concepts for internal and external clients
• Supports the content and news production teams with broadcast graphics, show elements, and branded assets
• Supports special projects as assigned by the VP of Creative Operations
• Supports the commercial production team with advertising and campaign materials
• Maintains brand consistency across internal projects and external client deliverables
• Builds and maintains After Effects templates (MOGRTs) for multi-market production efficiency
• Adapts creative assets for bilingual (English/Spanish) audiences
• Ensures visual consistency, attention to detail, and adaptability across multiple visual styles
