About The Position

Part-time, equity-based cofounder role. Autheo is building a groundbreaking blockchain platform capable of billions of transactions per second (TPS), with seamless Web3/Web2 integration and a vibrant community. As part of our growing design team, you'll help build a world-class group focused on using motion to simplify complex concepts, enhancing user experiences and brand storytelling in the Web3/Fintech ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of motion design experience in tech or product-led environments.
• Strong skills in After Effects (and related tools).
• Experience creating both marketing and UI-driven motion.
• Ability to balance creativity with clarity and performance constraints.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Web3 or fintech products is a strong plus.
• Experience integrating motion into Web3 interfaces or campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Motion Asset Creation:
• Create motion assets for product interactions, marketing videos, and brand storytelling.
• Design animations that explain complex Web3/financial concepts simply and elegantly.
• Collaboration and Principles:
• Collaborate with product and marketing to enhance user experience through motion.
• Define and maintain motion principles aligned with the brand.
