Requirements

An active NMLS license or federal loan originator registration
Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
A proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, accountants, and other referral partners
The ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency with mortgage and business-related software systems
