The clerk will conduct account research, review and process debt settlement packets, and handle charge-offs and debt cancellations. Additionally, the position involves processing loss claims according to SFG-GLP regulations and providing customer service support regarding accounts via email and phone. The Senior Mortgage Clerk will also be responsible for processing Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy cases, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. The role requires the clerk to maintain a neat and orderly work area, report unsafe conditions, and promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
