We’re hiring a Senior Monetisation Strategist with deep experience in player conversion and monetisation design. You’ll partner with leading mobile game studios to help them grow their business and drive GMV through Neon’s platform. You’ll combine player psychology, design insight, and data-driven analysis to uncover conversion barriers, shape compelling offers, and refine the player journey from awareness to purchase. Working closely with Product, Customer Success, and Design, you’ll co-create monetization strategies that align with each game’s design, lifecycle, and player motivations.
