About The Position

Radiance Technologies is searching for a Senior M&S Architect and AFSIM SME to create mission level scenarios, develop and debug, and train others in the AFSIM framework. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of C++ or Python development
  • Minimum 5 years of AFSIM development
  • Effective writing and communication skills
  • Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
  • Creation of mission level AFSIM scenarios and core framework extensions
  • Demonstrated ability to design and maintain M&S architectures that support complex training and analysis needs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience integrating AFSIM with other federates such as AFMSTT, ASCCE, or BLCSE.
  • Familiarity with cloud based M&S execution environments.
  • Experience with performance tuning and scalability in large AFSIM runs.
  • Prior involvement in Air Force exercises or events where AFSIM was a primary tool.
