Position Summary Manages and optimizes the organization's mobile workforce. Ensures the security and efficiency of all mobile applications and devices are running seamlessly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile device experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Apple, and Android mobile platforms.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and monitors the mobile application performance and integration within the organization’s systems.
• Analyzes and reports statistics on all devices within the organization.
• Maintains and documents current practices, policies, and provides strategic recommendations for improvements and enhanced efficiencies.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide effective IT support.
• Develops and executes test plans to assess infrastructure and systems performance.
• Manages and tracks IT assets life cycles for all mobility devices and platforms.
• Conducts routine security audits and vulnerability assessments on mobile devices and applications.
• Provides advanced support and troubleshooting for mobile device-related issues.
