About The Position

Contingent upon contract award, TecMasters Inc. requires a Senior Mobile Tactical Cannon Member (13B40). Required Qualifications and Experience 12–15+ years of experience as a U.S. Army 13B Cannon Crewmember, serving in positions such as Howitzer Gunner, Section Chief, Gunnery Sergeant, or Platoon Sergeant. Field Artillery Master Gunner with extensive knowledge of the M109A7 Paladin Integrated Management howitzer and M777A2 howitzer, including operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Detailed understanding of the Digital Fire Control Systems (DFCS) associated with both the M109A7 and M777A2 platforms. Working knowledge of the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS) and its integration with howitzer Digital Fire Control Systems. Knowledge of U.S. Army communications systems integrated with artillery platforms and fire direction networks. Comprehensive knowledge of 155mm cannon artillery ammunition, including projectiles, propellants, and fuze combinations, as well as ammunition limitations and safety requirements for firing operations. Experience with inductive fuze setting devices and ammunition preparation procedures. Thorough knowledge of Field Artillery safety programs, regulations, and procedures ensuring the safe employment of cannon artillery systems. Strong understanding of the doctrinal employment of howitzer systems, including training requirements for successful operations at the individual, section, and battery levels. Valid U.S. Passport with the ability to travel domestically and internationally. Valid U.S. driver’s license with experience operating and maintaining military tactical vehicles. Possession of Field Artillery U6 Skill Identifier and Combat Lifesaver (CLS) certification or equivalent advanced first-aid training. Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance. Experience operating U.S. Army heavy tactical wheeled vehicles, including: M977 Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT) series M1075 Palletized Load System (PLS) Other variants of similar heavy tactical logistics vehicles.

Requirements
