About The Position

As a Senior Mobile Developer in the Digital Brokerage Solutions Technology Domain, you will collaborate with product owners, developers, architecture, and application teams to build technical designs that simplify investing within our digital experience! We collaborate with MIT, Harvard, Stanford and other academic institutions, and partner with Accelerators, Start Ups and other industry leaders to drive new ideas and innovation practices across the firm. Headquartered at Bangalore, where operations commenced in 2003, FMR India has another fully functional unit at Chennai. The base salary range for this position is $97,000-185,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Strong development skills and 5+ years of software development experience, with a focus on iOS and Android ecosystem (or MSc + 3)
Experience in creating high quality digital assets and prototypes for immersive experiences
Ability to quickly learn and adopt diverse emerging technologies such as Spatial Computing, XR (VR, AR, MR), and AI/ML
Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative development methodologies
Experience in Internal/External Cloud and Hybrid environments.
Experience in incident management and problem management.
Experience in working of REST APIs, ability to read documentation and make calls to read or write data using API.
Development of cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure. Certifications a plus
Experience with iOS and Android development in a hybrid tech stack (Ionic/Capacitor/Cordova) Client-Side development - Angular, NgRx, CSS, HTML
Knowledge of web services (JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, etc.) and Spring Framework integrating with APIs and RESTful web services
Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, and XCode Server and deploying applications in a DevOps environment
Familiar with secure coding standards and practices
Code Quality/Coverage Tools (Sonar or equivalent) Test/Automation (Jest, Cypress, Cucumber, or any similar framework)
Strong collaboration skills to work with multiple teams across the organization
Familiar with logging and monitoring tools; DataDog, Splunk, etc. for analysis, observability, and alerting
Ability to effectively multi-task and manage his/her time, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Demonstrated technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Customer focus and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of basic investment terms and practices is desirable.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and/or Agile Project Management.
AWS certifications preferred (AWS SysOps, DevOps).
