Requirements
- At least 1 year of janitorial or custodial experience.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and commercial cleaning equipment.
- Ability to use basic technology, including smartphones and computers.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Commercial environment experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, lobbies, offices, and common areas according to established standards.
- Respond promptly to property manager and tenant requests using our work order system.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors as needed.
- Empty and replace trash and recycling in interior and exterior areas.
- Clean glass, windows, and mirrors for a spotless finish.
- Perform regular walk-throughs to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
- Replenish restroom and common area supplies.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, etc.).
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and power washers safely and efficiently.
