About The Position

Autheo is building THEO AI, a sovereign ML platform training trillion-parameter models and graph neural networks (GNNs) across DePIN GPU farms, delivering 95% accuracy, ε=0.5 privacy, and 100x GPU speedup with HIPAA/GDPR compliance.

As a part-time Senior ML Engineer in an equity-based cofounder role, you’ll develop ML models using PyTorch/TensorFlow for DePIN node failure prediction, DeFi fraud detection, and GenAI code generation. This role is critical to enabling 10x faster dApp creation and self-healing 200GB/s DePIN networks. Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or equivalent.
• 5+ years building ML models for high-throughput systems.
• Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow, federated learning, GNN/KNN.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and compliance auditing.

Nice To Haves

• Background in DeFi fraud detection or healthcare AI.
• Experience with open-source ML tools or multi-language SDKs.
• Contributions to AI standards or patents in federated learning.
