About The Position

In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in cloud environments, specifically AWS, to help our customers develop scalable AI/ML solutions. You will work within a collaborative team, bridging the gap between complex technical processes and business objectives. Your expertise will guide projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Requirements
- Masters with 10+ years or PhD with 6+ years in Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Machine Learning solutions.
- 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proficient in building ML models and knowledgeable in ML techniques.
- Experience with frameworks like Hugging Face, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and architectures like transformers.
- Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with microservices architectural patterns.
- Good understanding of agile methodologies and project planning for machine learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead teams through technical challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
Responsibilities
- Design machine learning solutions and execute projects end-to-end from proof-of-concept to production using cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for machine learning solutions.
- Manage all project phases: problem definition, data annotation, model development, deployment, and training documentation.
- Architect ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a strong focus on MLOps.
- Stay updated on the latest machine learning research and integrate new findings into existing models.
- Build credibility through technical excellence and establish strong relationships with customers.
