About The Position

Farrelleys Southern Bar & Kitchen is seeking a Lead Mixologist with a strong passion and working knowledge of bourbon and wine to help lead and elevate our beverage program. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, education, and consistency

Requirements

• 2+ years bartending experience (craft cocktail experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and classic cocktails
• Reliable, organized, and confident in leading
• Team-focused with great communication skills
• Able to work nights, weekends, and busy services

Responsibilities

• Lead by example behind the bar during service
• Maintain bar standards, recipes, and presentation
• Assist with inventory organization, ordering support, and bar prep systems
• Help train and support bartenders on recipes, flow, and guest experience
• Collaborate with leadership on drink features and seasonal offerings
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance at the bar
• Be the go-to person for bar operations during your shift
