About The Position

Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity in our Defense and Security Segment to support a client through several change initiatives in the mission space. The Senior Mission Advancement Specialist will help our clients to identify, evaluate, and solve some of their most complex challenges, assisting them in achieving their strategic goals and objectives to fulfill their mission. We help our clients transform their business processes, improve efficiency of operations, strengthen policies and controls, increase transparency and performance management. The nature of our projects can be fluid and requires self-motivated individuals that are willing to develop solutions on their own or in a team of highly skilled professionals. Project team members are provided the opportunity to interact with our clients’ senior management, as well as the opportunity to enhance their skills in the area of technical competency, business development, client service, leadership, project management, and people development. The chosen candidate will be engaged in a diverse set of project-specific tasks covering a broad set of change management consulting capabilities, including: Design and develop key communications products in support of mission owners to engage with the workforce and oversight Enable transformation through strategy, planning, program management, process development and improvement Define, document, and enhance operational effectiveness to deliver technology solutions to mission organizations Design and execute facilitations and engagements with mission owners to support change management for AI integration into analytic workflows Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of communications and change management efforts.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum THREE (3) years of experience in management consulting, program management, communication, or change management.
  • Experience with organizational or process transformation.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic communication skills in DoD/IC environment.
  • Experience working in teams to produce high-impact work products.
  • Heightened attention to detail and ability to create and edit technical and non-technical written work products.
