About The Position

Progent is seeking a Sr. Exchange expert to lead enterprise-level Microsoft planning and implementation projects. The ideal candidate would be a technical consultant with subject matter expertise in the area of Microsoft Exchange 2007 through 2019 and Office 365 Exchange Online as well as a solid understanding of Active Directory. This role would require experience in the consulting, architectural design, implementation and support of these technologies. Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server 2016
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange Online / Office 365
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008 powered IT environments
  • Commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Understanding of network and information security best practices
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide a breadth of expertise across numerous core enterprise messaging technologies
  • Understand and employ best practices for a range of technologies based on industry standards
  • Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks when changes are made to a client's environment
