About The Position
As a Senior Metrics Consultant at MetLife Resources, your primary responsibility will be to transform data into actionable information for business decision-making. You will collect data from various sources, generate management reports for all levels of leadership, and maintain Power BI dashboards to track MLR metrics for team members and leadership. You will manage the Objective and Key Results and Quarterly Product Review (QPR) presentations shared on a regular basis with executive leadership. Additionally, you will create reports for the Investment team using software tools and sources such as Alteryx and Morningstar Direct.
