Consult on complex payment needs including assessments, current-state evaluations, customized proposals, and financial statement review. Deliver merchant solutions including software integrations, ecommerce platforms, mobile payment capabilities, and terminal devices. Lead sourcing and prospecting activity within assigned portfolios and markets. Coach and influence banker partners to identify merchant opportunities and drive referral volume. Manage pipeline activity using Salesforce CRM and other cloud-based tools.
