Position Summary As the Merchandising Analyst- Hair Care, you will analyze and interpret sales data, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities for improving merchandising strategies. You will apply your in-depth knowledge in the development and execution of merchandising strategies, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience interpreting and analyzing data, providing insights to support business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pricing and promotion analysis to optimize pricing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Control logistics for assigned brands through the entire product line lifecycle and interacts with respective design teams on the development of new products.
  • Complete industry research and retail pricing comparisons and assists in establishing goals and programs to grow market share.
  • Administer reports and dashboards to track and communicate sales performance, product metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Communicate results and recommendations to Sales and Marketing to make informed business decisions.
  • Guide and train junior-level staff members on industry best care practices, techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
  • Conduct training for front-line team members to ensure organizational standards and processes are followed.
