The position involves interviewing clients, reviewing records, and conferring with other professionals to document individuals' mental and physical conditions and determine their suitability for participation in specific program tracks including Wellness, Federal Disability, employment with accommodations, or employment without limitations. The role includes conducting the Social Security Administration Sequential Evaluation as part of the assessment process, initiating CASAC and/or domestic violence referrals as indicated, and suggesting referrals to psychiatrists or psychologists as needed. The position also requires determining a Functional Capacity Outcome and writing a supporting justification at the completion of the assessment, recognizing when additional specialty assessments are needed, and reviewing clients' progress during re-assessments.
