Career Level - IC3 Responsibilities OCI Compute is looking for a versatile developer with a background in cloud services, server technology and large and complex software systems who can independently own and drive outcomes across the compute organization for high priority programs with large business impact. As a Senior Member of the Technical Staff, you will own software development of significant features in Oracle Compute service offerings. You should be comfortable with development in Java and be willing to learn new languages as needed. You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn. You should be comfortable working independently and can also take the lead in guiding small teams of developers. The ideal candidate will not only excel in delivering high-quality code but will also mentor and inspire others, fostering growth and helping team members become more skilled and confident developers.
