About The Position

As a Senior Member Service Teller, you are responsible for engaging in meaningful conversations with members as you complete a variety of banking transactions with a high degree of accuracy. Our Headquarters branch is looking for team members who listen carefully to our members' needs to uncover ways to help improve their financial situation.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year customer service or sales experience.
• Prior bank or credit union experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
