Job SummaryAs the Senior Meeting & Events Planning Manager, you are responsible for the Coordination and Execution of all Conference Service group related activities and will act as the primary liaison between the planning group and the staff of managed meeting space. You are the primary contact to schedule room reservations for any managed spaces within Capital One. You assist with booking, room configurations, any needed presentation supplies and AV needs. You are key to ensuring Conferences and Events go smoothly and seamlessly. You will serve as a Lead within the Planning team, providing support and reporting to the Assistant Director on high-level events and special projects.
