About The Position

The Senior Medical Device Driver position involves tracking inventory and maintaining accurate records, completing warehouse inventory cycle counting, and optimizing inventory utilization. The role requires arranging merchandise for transport (both delivery and return) and at customer locations, reading maps and route configurations, and performing safety inspections in a transportation setting. Responsibilities also include loading, unloading, or stacking containers, materials, or products while checking for sterility, missing or broken implants and instruments. The driver will perform and/or schedule preventative and regular minor maintenance on the company delivery vehicle, keeping accurate maintenance records and advising the supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required. Additionally, the driver will record sales, delivery information, transactions, and issues on daily sales or delivery records, field customer complaints, and assist with cycle counting scans while leveraging hospital relationships to influence purchase order collection and relay surgery schedules when available.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Valid Driver's license with good driving record.
