About The Position
Stryker Corporation is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a role that involves tracking inventory and maintaining accurate records. The position requires completing warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilization. You will be responsible for arranging merchandise for transport, both on delivery and return, and at customer locations. The role also includes reading maps and route configuration, performing safety inspections in a transportation setting, and loading, unloading, or stacking containers, materials, or products while checking for sterility, missing or broken implants, and instruments. Additionally, you will perform and/or schedule preventative and regular minor maintenance on the company delivery vehicle, keeping accurate maintenance records and advising the supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required. You will also record sales, delivery information, transactions, and issues on daily sales or delivery records, field customer complaints, and assist with Cycle Counting scans while leveraging hospital relationships to influence PO collection and relay surgery schedules when available.
