Our Data Activation (Media Analytics) team is a dynamic group of innovators specializing in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth for our clients. We collaborate closely with media and client engagement teams, acting as a bridge between data and decision-making. The Senior Manager, Data Activation plays a critical role in analyzing campaign performance data, extracting key insights, and presenting findings to both internal teams and clients. This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data-driven storytelling. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our Smartsheet ecosystem, which is central to our campaign creation and management process. You will also leverage Tableau dashboards as a primary data source for performance analysis.

  • Collaborate closely with media and client engagement teams to ensure data-driven insights are integrated into campaign strategies and execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance data within Tableau and other data sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop compelling narratives based on data analysis to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including client presentations.
  • Proactively identify potential test and learn opportunities based on data insights and formulate hypotheses for experimentation.
  • Maintain and update the Smartsheet ecosystem, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow for campaign management.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of data activation processes and best practices.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis, visualization, and activation.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytics role, preferably within the advertising industry.
  • Proven ability to extract insights from data and translate complex information into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communication style to different audiences.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation techniques.
  • Experience with Tableau (creating and modifying dashboards, calculations) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Smartsheets, including building and updating formulas, is strongly preferred.
