What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or closely related discipline, or an associate’s degree (2-year) with experience from accredited program (ABET/EAC) 5+ years’ work experience as a Mechanical Engineer Experienced with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD) Proficient in the application of standard and advanced engineering principles, practices, and procedures Has sufficient knowledge to supervise others Breadth and depth of experience to enterprise engineering problems Relies on extensive experience and judgment to accomplish tasks Able to quickly recognize and fix common engineering problems based on experience, including review and critique of others' work Able to lead discipline specific teams and influence project direction and progress Viewed as a technical expert in the department May serve as a mentor/coach for developing engineers Current or prior JR Automation experience, or experience in the automation industry is strongly preferred Travel required up to 25% including overnight and international Disclaimer: JR Automation requires candidates to successfully complete a 10-panel drug screen, physical examination, and background check. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or closely related discipline, or an associate’s degree (2-year) with experience from accredited program (ABET/EAC)
