For more information about OLH and our guiding principles, visit our corporate website at www.olhinc.com SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER Las Vegas, NV Duration: 6 months with extension option up to 2 years One (1) Position Available US Citizenship Required JOB SUMMARY : Develop functional requirements documents (FRDs) and/or Project Requirements Specifications (PRS) for building, utility, equipment, and infrastructure projects including project/task breakdowns, identification of functional and non-functional requirements, and developing conceptual visualizations and illustrations of the layouts, site plans, and other perspective views. FRD/PRS development includes working with integrated project teams (IPTs) and stakeholders to capture their input, research, use of existing templates and previous projects, performing FRD/PRS reviews and comment resolution, and finalizing the document.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or a related area and 13 years of practical experience.
  • Engineering experience, as well as general experience in building systems/equipment, fire protection, and utilities.
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Area Security Access: Clearance not required. Uncleared.

Nice To Haves

  • A Professional Engineer license is preferred.
  • Experience with DOE sites and nuclear facilities is preferred.
