Requirements

• BSME (or equivalent experience)
• Professional Engineering License
• 5 to 10+ years' design consulting experience
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems in government, healthcare, and educational sectors
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards

Nice To Haves

• LEED Accreditation
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT software
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Office, and other relevant engineering design tools.

Responsibilities

• Innovative and complex mechanical/HVAC system design
• Developing specifications, calculations and design drawings
• Project management and coordination in relation to scope and budget
• Site observations (out of town travel required)
• Management and oversight of support staff
• Providing exemplary service to team members and clients
