About The Position

This is an on-site position at our Hudson, Massachusetts facility. The successful candidate will contribute across the full product lifecycle, from conception through implementation by applying sound engineering judgement. You will work collaboratively with our junior Design and Development Engineering team at our Hudson facility. Strong communication skills are essential to driving successful outcomes. Their manufacturing includes large apertures and highâfrequency performance. Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and or Aeronautical Engineering
Solid understanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts, principles, and theories
Proficiency with CAD tools such as PTC CREO and Solidworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and standard engineering software tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Role requires a U.S. Person status under ITAR.
10+ years experience minimun in an Engineering company
This position requires potential access to technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a "U.S. Person" as defined under ITAR and EAR. In order to be a U.S. Person for ITAR and EAR purposes, you must (i) be a citizen or national of the United States; or (ii) be a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
