About The Position

This is an on-site position at our Hudson, Massachusetts facility. The successful candidate will contribute across the full product lifecycle, from conception through implementation by applying sound engineering judgement. You will work collaboratively with our junior Design and Development Engineering team at our Hudson facility. Strong communication skills are essential to driving successful outcomes. They are formally known as CPI Radant Technologies Division , and they serve the aerospace, defense, naval, and commercial industries by designing, manufacturing, testing and supporting advanced composite radomes, reflectors and structural composite products. What We Do: Radomes are special “domes” made of composite materials that protect antennas and radar systems from the environment while allowing electromagnetic signals to pass. CPI Radant produces these for critical applications, meaning: They enable secure communications and radar/electronic-warfare capabilities for military and commercial aerospace platforms. Their manufacturing includes large apertures and high‐frequency performance. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and or Aeronautical Engineering
  • Solid understanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts, principles, and theories
  • Proficiency with CAD tools such as PTC CREO and Solidworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and standard engineering software tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Role requires a U.S. Person status under ITAR.
  • 10+ years experience minimun in an Engineering company
  • This position requires potential access to technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a "U.S. Person" as defined under ITAR and EAR. In order to be a U.S. Person for ITAR and EAR purposes, you must (i) be a citizen or national of the United States; or (ii) be a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
