Aquatech has an immediate need for a full-time Advanced Mechanical Designer to work in the Hartland, WI office. The hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on-site and will report to the Mechanical Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will have creative out-of-the-box thinking, be team-oriented, customer service-oriented, highly organized, and detail-oriented. This candidate will also have experience using different computer platforms using various software programs for design. Job Summary: A Mechanical Designer is capable of independently handling a wide range of design tasks-from interpreting P&ID or PFD drawings in urgent situations to developing complex vessel designs. This role requires minimal guidance and extensive experience in creating dimensional, fabrication, and related technical drawings. The designer will also develop 3D models for Crystallizers, Concentrators, and Forced Circulation Heat Exchangers. Designer will also be tasked with general plant layouts.
