Requirements

Relevant experience, training, or certification may be accepted in lieu of a degree
Minimum 5yrs experience working in a small fast-moving high-tech environment
Proven track record in the creation of electromechanical assemblies for medium volume production
Mechanical drafting applying industry standard notation and dimensioning techniques
Competent using AutoCAD and 3D software tools
Familiarity with PCB design tools such as PADS, Altium or Fusion360
Ability and willingness to “learn on the fly” and take on new responsibilities
Creative team player who manages a myriad of responsibilities while maintaining schedule integrity
Ability to support New Product Development by creating aggressive but realistic timelines
Must be a U.S. person (i.e., U.S. citizen, permanent resident, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology.
