Responsibilities

  • Technical Design: Create and develop mechanical solutions based on specific prerequisites, including function, style, volume, geometry, cost, and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and support mechanical design engineering activities within your specialized area, ensuring all deliveries are secured and quality-checked before release.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute technical expertise to product and system roadmaps and provide data-driven input to project prerequisites based on component history.
  • Collaboration & Networking: Build and maintain professional relationships with universities, external institutes, and internal cross-functional teams to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Business Development: Actively participate in innovation and business development initiatives to drive organizational growth.
  • Mentorship: Act as a role model for lifelong learning; coach and train junior team members to foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
